Jake Gordon is a Senior Analyst of Acquisitions and Developments for Pennant Housing Group. He joined PHG in 2019 and assists the team with asset selection, underwriting, structuring debt and equity, proforma analysis, closings, and construction management. Prior to joining PHG, Jake worked as a financial analyst for an affordable housing owner and developer in the Washington D.C. area. Jake is a graduate of Tulane University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications and currently lives in Washington D.C.
